HER REBUILD COLLECTIVE

Our Purpose
Her Rebuild Collective was created to be a safe, supportive space for women who are ready to heal, reflect, and rebuild.

Many women carry grief, heartbreak, childhood wounds, betrayal, unhealthy patterns, and major life transitions while still trying to show up for everyone else.

Through peer support, reflection, journaling, honest conversation, and personal growth, we help women understand what they’ve been through, recognize how it has shaped them, and intentionally decide what comes next.

We are not just talking about what happened to us -we are learning what happened inside of us because of it.Â

Her Rebuild JournalÂ
Your rebuild deserves a place to land.
Â
The Her Rebuild Journal is a guided space for reflection, honesty, and personal growth.
Â
It was created to help women slow down, process what they’re carrying, recognize their patterns, and make room for the woman they’re becoming.
Â
Use these pages to reflect on your experiences, release what no longer serves you, reconnect with yourself, and
move forward with intention.Â
Â
Â
Â
A space to reflect, heal, and rebuild.

"You can love somebody and still choose yourself"

Meet The Founder

Her Rebuild Collective came from a very real place in my life.
Â
I’m not somebody who has everything figured out. I’ve gone through grief, heartbreak, unhealthy relationships, bad choices, low self-worth, moments where I felt lost, and seasons where I knew I needed to take a real look at myself.

A lot of my healing came from realizing that I couldn’t only focus on what other people did to me. I also had to look at my own patterns, the things I tolerated, the choices I made, and the parts of me that were still hurting.

I also have to give credit to the people and situations that pushed me to really look at myself. Some of the hardest moments in my life made me realize I had things within me that I needed to face, work on, and heal. I may not have wanted that wake-up call at the time, but I can appreciate what it pushed me to become.
Â
I’m still growing. I’m still learning. I still have real-life moments where things feel heavy. But I’m also learning how to choose myself, give myself grace, set boundaries, take accountability, and keep rebuilding.

I created Her Rebuild Collective because I know there are other women carrying real-life pain while still trying to be mothers, partners, daughters, friends, employees, and everything else for everybody.

I wanted to create the kind of space where women can be honest about what they’re going through without feeling judged or like they have to pretend they’re okay.

This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being honest, doing the work, and becoming the woman you know you’re capable of being.

Maybe This is Your Season To Rebuild
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
Â
You don’t need to be completely healed.
Â
You just have to be willing to show up for yourself.
Â
Healing. Rebuilding. Choosing Herself.
